First things first. The beds were almost too comfortable to be a hostel; it was literally like sleeping on a cloud I mean literally not figuratively.
I wasn't woken up once during my stay from muffled sex noises in my 6 bed mixed dorm. Furthermore I somehow managed to have a 10 hour sleep, what the hell is going on? Caution if you're sleeping in the top bunk though, as the floors are unusually hard, make sure you bend your knees on impact lest you risk injury.
The pool table is actually of WPA regulation size with top quality felt, not this warn out trash we're all used to in Central American hostels. Which was annoying because it wasn't what we had become accustomed to. Wifi is gratis; so I guess gracias for that. The water is straight up too warm to be sea water there's some sort of conspiracy going on there; I wasn't able to gather a pH test but when I accidentally drank some while swimming it seemed pH consistent with petrol. So gratis for the stay.
Bartender refused to scissor paper rock for a drink? I think not! PS if you like ciggies get the private dorm with balcony, then you can bend and chain ciggies with no problemos muchas gracias Bit of a rip but go on then.
Although it's a little expensive the island is as well , the hostel itself is great. Good facilities, it has a bar right next to the water and it's a good place if your looking for party.
